We're not new here, but we're constantly evolving
Since 2014, we've built lasting relationships with coffee producers who share our commitment to quality, sustainability, and exceptional coffee. Every bean is carefully sourced from origin with transparency at its core.
From farm to roastery, every step is guided by craftsmanship and consistency. We're always refining our process to deliver coffee that's fresher, better tasting, and worthy of every cup.
Who we are
01.
Soucring
Every coffee we roast is fully traceable to its origin. Rather than sourcing anonymously through the spot market, we work with a supply chain that operates directly in coffee-producing regions. With the use of local mills, export operations and agronomy teams, we support growers on the ground.
Our current range features coffees from four continents, including washed lots from Papua New Guinea's Central and Western Provinces, Ethiopian coffee grown by Bisrat Melaku in Guji, Oromia, high-altitude coffees from Junín in Peru and El Salvador, Brazilian coffees from Southern Minas Gerais, this includes the the Vieira family farms and Monte Alegre Estates, as well as specialty coffees from Tamil Nadu and Odisha in India.
Traceability is only part of the story. The producers we source from are supported through ongoing agronomy programs that provide technical advice on improving coffee quality, increasing yields and implementing sustainable farming practices. These initiatives also assist growers working towards certifications such as Fairtrade, Organic and Rainforest Alliance.
Before any coffee reaches our cafés, every lot is sample roasted and professionally cupped at our Campbellfield roastery to assess quality and flavour. Roast profiles are then developed specifically for each origin, ensuring every coffee is roasted to highlight its unique characteristics while delivering a consistent experience across every batch.

Great coffee starts with quality equipment, careful roasting and a commitment to freshness. Every batch is roasted fresh to order in our warehouse, ensuring each coffee reaches you with maximum flavour, aroma and character.
Our roastery is equipped with a Probat G90 and a Communetti CRS21V, combining world-class roasting technology with precise and consistent packaging.
The Probat G90 is one of only eight in Australia and is one of the most respected commercial coffee roasters in the world. Built for consistency and control, the G90 allows us to carefully manage heat and airflow throughout the roasting process, creating reliable roast profiles while preserving the unique qualities of each coffee. Its drum roasting system ensures even development, helping us achieve the balance, sweetness and complexity we look for in every batch.
Supporting our roasting process is the Communetti CRS21V, an advanced automatic packaging system designed for accuracy and reliability. Built in Italy, the CRS21V allows us to precisely weigh and seal each bag, ensuring a consistent finish and quality across every order. Its automated system helps us maintain efficiency while still delivering the attention to detail our coffee deserves.
