Refund policy

We believe if our clients are not happy with a purchase then they should return it to us within 30 days of original purchase. 

Depending on the issue with your purchase you may request between a Refund, Exchange or Credit.

Please contact us on our contact page with the purchase information and the reason for return at which time we will provide you with an Return Authorisation Number (RA) with instructions on how to return products to us.

Please Note:

• All products must be returned in original condition and packaging
  
• The cost of shipping to return the goods must be paid at your end
• Include a copy of the original invoice as well as the RA number provided
