We believe if our clients are not happy with a purchase then they should return it to us within 14 days of original purchase.
Depending on the issue with your purchase you may request between a Refund, Exchange or Credit.
Please contact us on our contact page with the purchase information and the reason for return at which time we will provide you with an Return Authorisation Number (RA) with instructions on how to return products to us.
Please Note:
- All products must be returned in original condition and packaging
- The original shipping charges are non-refundable
- The cost of shipping to return the goods must be paid at your end
- Include a copy of the original invoice as well as the RA number provided

With more than two decades of experience, the group behind San Pedro has been producing acclaimed, ethically sourced coffee since 2014, when it opened on Stubbs Street in Melbourne. Since then, San Pedro has expanded its presence across Australia, supplying to both cafes and corporate sectors.
We source our coffee from estates that support local growers and share our ethical vision; working in a sustainable, socially and environmentally responsible way whilst putting quality first.
