A light–medium roast with bright fruit and a smooth, rounded body. Raspberry and apple bring a clean sweetness up front, followed by a soft maple syrup finish that adds depth without heaviness.

SAN PEDRO MAPLE RASPBERRY ESPRESSO TONIC

INGREDIENTS

Light-Medium Roast Espresso — 22g in / 46g out
Premium tonic water — 150ml
Maple syrup — 10ml
Raspberry syrup or fresh puree — 10ml
Ice — full glass
Orange peel or fresh raspberry — garnish

METHOD
01 · EXTRACT

Pull a double espresso shot using 22g of coffee, yielding 46g out in 30–33 seconds. Let it cool slightly to preserve clarity.

02 · BUILD

Fill a tall glass with ice. Add maple syrup and raspberry syrup to the base.

03 · POUR

Add tonic water first, then slowly pour the espresso over the top to create a layered effect.

04 · FINISH

Garnish with an orange peel or fresh raspberries. Stir gently before drinking.

ESPRESSO EXTRACTION
Pull your shot aiming for a slightly longer ratio — 22g in, 46g out. Target an extraction time of 30–33 seconds to fully develop the fruit and sweetness. If your machine has PID, set your group boiler to 93°C.
